Manage subscription

From Team > Manage subscription, you can:

  • Upgrade your subscription.
  • Cancel your subscription.
  • View your invoices.
  • Change your billing details.

What the free plan includes​

The free plan does not expire and needs no credit card:

  • Unlimited feedback collection, on one website, with one seat.
  • Every entry readable in your dashboard, in full, for as long as you have an account. No entry is hidden behind the plan.
  • The first 25 entries emailed to you. After that PushFeedback sends a monthly summary of how many entries arrived, and every entry stays readable in your dashboard.
  • Screenshots kept for 30 days. The feedback itself, including the message, rating, page and date, is never deleted.

Paid plans add per-entry email with no cap, Slack, Teams, Jira and webhook delivery, JavaScript events, API keys, analytics, filtering, archiving and exporting your feedback, and permanent screenshots. The Unlimited plan adds AI reports, unlimited websites and unlimited seats.
