Teams integration
PushFeedback sends feedback notifications to a Microsoft Teams channel through a Teams workflow webhook.
Integrations are only available on the Professional and Unlimited plans. On the free plan, use email notifications instead.

Prerequisites
- A PushFeedback account. If you don't have one, sign up for free.
- A project created in your PushFeedback dashboard. If you haven't created one yet, follow the steps in the Quickstart guide.
- A Microsoft Teams workspace.
Set up the Teams integration
-
Open app.pushfeedback.com and log in.
-
Go to Projects and select your project.
-
Click Settings, then under Integrations, select Teams.
-
In Teams, create a workflow that receives a webhook request and posts the resulting Adaptive Card to the channel. Edit the saved workflow and copy its HTTPS callback URL into Teams workflow webhook URL. See Microsoft's Teams webhook documentation.
-
Select Test connection. PushFeedback posts a visible connection-test card so you can verify the workflow and channel before saving.
-
Customize the card title and message. Use the variable buttons to insert feedback values without typing template syntax.
-
Optional. Expand Advanced rules and custom fields to add delivery conditions or Adaptive Card facts as JSON.
-
On wider screens, review the exact Adaptive Card payload in the live preview. Choose whether the integration is enabled and whether a message is required, then select Save Teams integration.
Existing Teams integrations keep their original one-line notification until you save the new message recipe.
Remove the integration
To disconnect the Teams integration, go to the integration's settings page in your PushFeedback dashboard and click Remove integration. Confirming stops the integration from firing on new feedback immediately.
