GitLab Issues integration
Turn feedback into issues in a GitLab.com project you control.
info
GitLab Issues is available on the Professional and Unlimited plans.

Before you start
- Create a GitLab.com access token that can read the target project and create issues.
- Copy the numeric project ID or full path, such as
group/project. - PushFeedback encrypts the token and never displays it again.
Configure GitLab Issues
- In the PushFeedback dashboard, open your project, then Settings > Integrations > GitLab Issues.
- In 01 Connection and destination, enter the access token and project ID or path.
- In 02 Delivery controls, keep Enabled selected or pause delivery without losing the configuration. Select Require a message to skip rating-only feedback.
- In 03 Message recipe, customize the issue title and description with feedback and project variables.
- Under Advanced rules and custom fields, add optional labels, an assignee user ID, and delivery rules.
- On wider screens, review the live issue preview while you edit. It does not create an issue.
- Save the integration, then select Test connection to validate the saved token and project. It does not create an issue.
Delivery behavior
When the integration is enabled, feedback matching your delivery controls and rules creates an issue in the configured GitLab project.
Remove GitLab Issues
Open the GitLab Issues integration settings and select Remove integration.
